Archikids teencamp is run as a design studio such as you may find in an architecture or design school. The campers are given several abstract design problems where imagination and handskills are important and one or two architectural design problems where more research is needed to complete them. If they wish they can develop their own design project, in consultation with the design instructor.

Besides the studio work, campers visit several museums in New York such as MOMA, Museum of Art and Design, Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum, or PS1.
